Duties will include: interview alumni from various client schools over the telephone. We need someone that possesses the following traits: pleasant speaking voice, basic computer skills, good spelling skills. Excellent attendance is a must. Full-time and part-time positions are available at our Holiday, FL location. All evening hours.

Account Administrator

Alumni Research, Inc, Holiday, FL, is a publisher of alumni directories and provider of internet services for colleges and universities across the country. We help schools across the nation establish alumni community programs. This part-time position involves helping our clients with their directory project, and assisting technically with our various web programs or answering data questions. Candidate must possess excellent communication and computer skills. Some college preferred as well as inside sales/customer service experience. Fundraising knowledge, or experience with Alumni relations a plus. Hours can be flexible.
